Tasracing is Tasmania’s state-owned peak body for racing and provides strategic direction for the industry and the racing clubs that it represents and funds. Goracingtasmania.com.au is one of the central digital assets of Tasracing as is part of the strategic plan to modernise the racing industry through online ticket sales and promotion, amongst other initiatives.
The website was recently built on Magento 2, and Curata has now been engaged by Tasracing to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the website.
Curata have recently helped successfully transition support for our Magento website and technology stack from a previous company and in the process showed exemplary communication, problem solving and professional services. Steve and Holly were at all times responsive and thoughtful about solutions to some significant issues that were inherited from the previous supplier.
The ongoing support they provide continues to be extremely professional with timely management of issues and excellent communication regarding support hours and solutions. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
