Our requirements gathering workshop is a comprehensive fact finding mission conducted over a half or full day session, either in person or via video conference. We will consult with you step by step through all functional aspects of your site and any third party integrations/business systems that are required.
What we deliver
The deliverable from the workshop is a project plan including specifications and a fixed priced quote. This document is the blueprint for your website project and details the functionality of your website, design, system integrations, content production/migration and much more. This document is our commitment to you, and your peace of mind.
The project plan is then implemented when you are ready to move forward with your project, preferably with Curata! But of course, there is no obligation at this point and it is yours to take away. Our requirements workshop is a paid session, with the cost to be deducted from the final project total when you move ahead with Curata.
