Payment for Services
Curata will process your digital subscription purchase as promptly as possible. Your payment details will be detailed prior to the hosting service being provisioned.
If your initial payment authorisation is revoked, Curata will contact you to organise a new payment method. We reserve the right to reject any subscription order at any time.
Curata’s hosting subscriptions will renew automatically each month unless you cancel in accordance with our terms and conditions. Payment for hosting services subscriptions will be debited from the provided credit or debit card each month corresponding to the date of subscription.
Should your credit card payment be rejected Curata will notify you and provide 14 days to provide new credit card details. Should payment not be received following 14 days, Curata reserves the rights to revoke your hosting service until such time as the account is brought up to date. If no payment is received your subscription will be automatically cancelled and unlimited access revoked.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, all charges are non-refundable.
If for some unforeseen reason your complete access to our services are unavailable for a continuous period of more than 24 hours you may be eligible for a credit of a pro-rated amount for the period of the service outage. For avoidance of doubt if you are unable to access our services due to problems not related to Curata then you are not eligible for a refund or credit of any nature.
